Our real estate investment trust (REIT) is headed by Partners who were personally involved in many Real Estate matters in Malaysia.

Our dedicated Construction & Engineering Practice has been extensively involved in many large-scale building and infrastructure projects in Malaysia and in the region. This experience has built in-depth working knowledge and capability in advising on complex and high-value matters.

We regularly advise across the full spectrum of construction and engineering law issues, including structuring of projects, regulatory aspects affecting projects, contract and project documentation, and processes and management. We also appear as counsel in domestic and international arbitration, litigation, adjudication, mediation proceedings and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

From inception to commissioning, including financing, supply chain infrastructure, and plant operations and maintenance, we work to ensure seamless delivery at every stage.

Our team has extensive advisory experience in various industry sectors, including the power, water, oil and gas, petrochemical, transportation (including roads, rail systems and tunnels), and telecommunication sectors.
