Loo has experience in various areas including conveyancing, family law practice, wills and trusts as well as estate planning. Loo first acquired his knowledge on conveyancing and divorce proceedings by joining a prestigious law firm which specializes in both areas where he was put under the tutelage of a senior conveyancing and family law practitioner.

 

Prior to joining the Firm, Loo was appointed in several companies as Legal Advisor where he widened his horizon and further honed his legal skill in several aspects which gave him a better grasp on corporate commercial matters and Intellectual Property Law.

 

He is also vastly experienced in managing companies from a legal perspective.  Loo was the Head of Legal Department for a multinational company (Malaysia, Taiwan, China) where he was responsible for several cross border joint venture (JV) agreements. His experience also includes companies that were involved in several industries such as estate planning company, healthcare company and education company.

 

Loo was also the Chief Legal Advisor for Hello Malaysia and Hello Bali Festival, where he advised the company with regards to event regulatory and compliance matters. Outside of work, Loo is involved with a charity foundation as their Chief Legal Advisor where they have organised more than 80 charity events and activities.
