Yasmin leads the Infrastructure and Project Development Divison at HAEME LEW. Prior to joining HAEME LEW, Yasmin was a former Federal Counsel at the Attorney’s General Chambers where she has been involved in amending and revising several laws such as the Penal Code and the Sedition Act.
After serving as a Federal Counsel, she then developed her legal career in private practice specializing in the commercial, real estate, and property development sectors. Her experience includes handling projects with key developers like Sime Darby Properties, Eco World, Putrajaya Homes, and many more.
Yasmin has vast experience on financing matters for both conventional and Islamic financing involving Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank Berhad, RHB Bank, Bank Simpanan Nasional, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC Bank, LPPSA, and several other financiers.
Additionally, Yasmin advises clients on matters relating to corporate, commercial, family law and estate inheritance, including but not limited to licensing, franchising, corporate advisory, hibah, and letter of administration and grant of probate applications.
